Personal Profile
My name is Raineen Matuek. Finding my roots in Bentiu, South Sudan, I am pursuing concurrent undergraduate degrees in Entrepreneurship Leadership at African Leadership University, Rwanda and Diploma in Business Administration at Cavendish University, Uganda. I envision equal and holistic education for youths in underserved areas and need-based backgrounds while conducting research and personally connecting with different many youths to hear their stories will lead me one step closer to that vision becoming a reality.
As a person pursuing their passions, I can proudly say that hard work truly counts. I like to think of my career as one extensive learning experience that continuously grows with each project and collaboration—having personally experienced the difficulties youths face in accessing education. However, this didn't stop me from achieving my dreams. I am determined to positively impact my communities by promoting equal holistic education, sustainable development and creating opportunities for others. With a passion for social impact, I have pledged to use my education, skills and knowledge to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around me, my community and the world.

African Leadership University, Rwanda
ALU’s Bachelor of Entrepreneurial Leadership program is a comprehensive three year accelerated program that blends rigorous interdisciplinary education that cuts across business, social science, product design, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. ​​
Graduates not only earn a BSc. (Hons) in Entrepreneurial Leadership degree but are ready to be team builders and systems thinkers who have a breadth of cross-disciplinary knowledge, are extremely skilled at innovative problem-solving in a variety of domains, have the ability to learn continuously, and have developed deep pragmatic skills for taking meaningful action.

This programme covers both the breadth and the interdisciplinary aspects of business as a whole. It balances conceptual knowledge with an applied curriculum that is also suitable for vast positions in various industries such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and others.
